THIS QUOTE IS ONLY VALID FOR 30 DAYS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY

- The final job price is as in accepted quote which is later turned in to invoice. 

- Weather and climate are out of our control so should the job be delayed, we will send email stating a different date for installation.

PLEASE NOTE

All Payments 

- On acceptance of quote we require a 10% deposit to secure the job 3-5 business days we will add it to the calendar and confirm via email install date.

- On completion of job 90% is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

- Should you decide to cancel your job you will lose your 5% deposit 

- Should you make your invoice payment late there will be a 1.5% interest charge per month on late invoices and a $150 late fee applied should you exceed the 21-day period.

- All equipment used for tree protection belongs to Tree Protection Australia

Collection of all equipment will be done by us at end of the project once finished.

- Lost, Stolen or damaged equipment will be charged at per panel rate, pictures of damaged equipment will be sent via email for reference.

- Call out fees to fix damaged equipment done by others is $250.

- We are not a hire company that bills monthly for extra hire charges if build is prolonged.

We create a service for tree protection and are involved throughout the build.

- Owner, builder is to call TPA once project is completed so we can book in collection.
